Feature-PVC Quick Rolling Shutter Door
1. Made of stainless steel plate material with exquisite design, the surface is bright, scratch resistant and wear-resistant, and the thickness of the plate is 1.5mm. The package box is made of stainless steel (with special design inside the track to reduce friction with the curtain fabric under high wind pressure).
2. Using a well-known domestic brand (servo) external motor, a high-speed motor specifically designed for fast doors, with a power supply of 220V and a power of 0.75kw/1400RP/S, capable of carrying large loads of S4 type, with an opening and closing speed of 0.6-2.5m/s for opening and 0.6-2.0m/s for closing (servo adjustable speed).
3. Adopting a servo control box, the same server device is efficient, energy-saving, and precise. It uses a 32-bit digital signal processor (DSP), which has high control accuracy, fast response speed, high performance, high reliability, high stability, and high-precision positioning. It has soft start and slow stop functions to ensure smooth operation of the door and increase its service life
4. Install a pair of infrared photoelectric (Jetek) protection switches at the bottom of the door frame. When people or objects stay under the door body, the door body will not fall.
5. Select industrial polyester fiber base fabric imported from France, high-strength and environmentally friendly polyester fiber, double-sided polyvinyl chloride coating, with a thickness of 0.8mm.
6. Cord replacement function - The connection part of the curtain is equipped with aluminum alloy ribs, and no matter which piece of curtain is damaged, it can be replaced freely, saving costs.
7. Sealing - The bottom of the door curtain is specially designed to tightly bond with various uneven surfaces. The guide rail is equipped with a brush, which can provide dust prevention, sealing, and other functions.
8. Control method - manual switch+radar induction. Quick and convenient to use. Limit switch - using a travel locator for accurate positioning and one-time positioning.
9. Power outage emergency configuration - In case of occasional power outage or unexpected situations, the door can be easily opened.
10. Fault recovery function - Each machine produced by Hongfa Door Industry has its own fault recovery function. After turning off the power for 30 seconds and powering on, the system automatically recovers.
11. Wind resistance effect - The connection part of the curtain fabric is equipped with aluminum alloy windproof ribs to increase the wind resistance effect.
12. Perspective window - with a horizontal PVC transparent window in the middle, with a thickness of 1.2mm, making it safer for personnel and vehicles to enter and exit.
13. Colors: Red, yellow, blue, green, orange, gray, white, yellow grid, white grid, and other colors can be selected. Tear resistance: 600/600 (warp/weft), tensile strength: 4000/3500 (warp/weft), peel strength Newton/5cm, use temperature -30--+70 ℃, fire protection standard (German DIN75200). The base fabric has non-toxic properties and good surface self-cleaning properties; The bottom is equipped with a breathable cloth, which has good sealing performance, does not accumulate dust, and is easy to clean.
