Product Overview
The liquid tank sealed high-efficiency filter air outlet is a liquid tank high-efficiency air outlet with a replaceable high-efficiency filter. It is specially designed for biological clean room air supply terminal functions, fully meets the verification and testing requirements of pharmaceutical regulatory agencies, and is widely used by well-known pharmaceutical companies. The box body can be made of electrostatic sprayed cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel. The product is beautiful and has strong corrosion resistance. The liquid tank sealing design further ensures its sealing.
Feature
The knife-edge type is inserted into the jelly glue of the liquid tank filter to achieve sealing, avoiding air leakage from the installation gap, and can pass the DOP dust integrity test in one go.
Install two DOP connectors, one for dust generation and one for detection, to facilitate users to perform DOP dust generation detection on a single filter at the filter outlet and test the pressure difference of the high-efficiency filter.
The hose connected to the quick-release connector is connected to the bottom of the box, which can ensure uniform dust concentration upstream of the filter.
The rotating clamp facilitates safe and quick filter replacement, ensuring leak-free filter replacement.

Yes, our door frame can be customized to fit for different walls of different thickness from 50-200mm, like mansonry wall.
