Product Overview
The air shower room is the purification equipment required by the staff to enter the clean dust-free workshop. When the staff enters the workshop, the high-speed airflow generated by the air shower room blows off and removes the particles attached to the surface of the person's clothes or materials, preventing the staff from bringing hair and dust into the workshop, achieving the strict dust-free purification standards of the workplace and reducing the pollution problems caused by people entering and leaving the clean room.
Feature
The inner wall is made of stainless steel, and the outer shell can be made of stainless steel or cold plate paint.
Adopt G4 primary filter and H13 high efficiency filter without partition to ensure the purification level.
Control system---automatic control (also manual control), equipped with power indicator light and working indicator light.
The door panel adopts Lamsam easy-to-clean door, which has air tightness up to level 8, preventing polluted air from the air shower room from leaking into the clean room.

What is the minimal order quantity for placing order?
We can accept sample order, only one is OK.
In addition to 50mm thick sandwich panel, can your doors integrate with other walls?
Yes, our door frame can be customized to fit for different walls of different thickness from 50-200mm, like mansonry wall.
In addition to this fire exit door, what other cleanroom doors do you have?

What's the lead time for my order?
lf your order is less then 100 doors, the lead time is within 15 days after receiving advance payment.
What l need to know before placing order?

Note: In order to avoid misunderstanding, we stongly suggest you to send us a sketch or a layout plan of the doors on whichthe door opening directions are indicated.
2. Door Size
Our standard door sizes refer to the door frame size, NOT door leaf size, NOT clear go-through size.
